The employees of the corporate will be subscribed for Ambulance services
on a call/ On demand. This Membership model will cater Ambulance
services pan India for any medical emergency or routine medical
transportation for the employee and his family. In this model, we would
support the corporate with our existing network of ambulances. This
model will entail a minimum annual subscription per employee and family.
Med4Us would give a wallet of 50% of the corpus collected to the
corporate for utilization by the employees for one year. Utilization
beyond the wallet amount would be charged to the user as per the
standard rate list. The cost of the trips availed would be charged as
per actuals and predetermined during the agreement.
- The ambulance can be booked from anywhere in India
and not limited by the geographical location of the user. The users
can book for an ambulance in emergency for their families across
India
- Ease of booking in terms of a centralized call centre
that can be
reached by a Toll free number 1800-8899-050. Experienced staff to
guide the user for choosing the right ambulance for their need
- Pre -defined Turn around Time (TAT) and arrive on the
scene as
quickly as possible and pre-determined competitive rates immune to
the volatility of the market

Trained paramedics who will provide appropriate and timely medical
interventions/ Pre hospital care in transit

A doctor on call who will provide the necessary advice to the
user and the paramedic for every case. This will be a part of the
booking process with no additional cost to the client

Guidance to the user with respect to the nearest appropriate
hospitals. Assistance in terms of hospital admissions and OPD
consultation

A user friendly mobile app that will facilitate ease of booking,
payment and tracking of the ambulance by the user. The application
will also feature hospitals in the vicinity of the users’ location
for facilitating seamless booking
